How do I pay for a PDA Membership Plan?

Choose a discounted one-time annual rate or a convenient monthly plan. You can sign up online using our secure online portal, powered by DentalHQ, which accepts all major credit/debit cards and most FSA cards.

When does my membership become effective?
After signing up, your membership is effective immediately. No waiting period! It is valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment.
Tell me more about these treatment discounts – how does it all work?
With insurance, patients are responsible for a certain percentage of restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, and other treatments). Our membership plan works similarly—covering preventive care and offering discounts on restorative treatments—but with added benefits: no caps, no maximums, and no insurance company limiting your care. It’s an ideal option for patients without insurance who want to manage dental costs while maintaining their oral health. Orthodontic and other exclusions may apply.
Can I add family members?
Yes! You can add family members when enrolling in the membership plan or at any time afterward. Once the Account Holder account is created, you can add members to the household account.
